Bakersfield Adult School can help!
For only $50.00, you can complete up to 24 hours of Continuing Education units per semester.
✓ $50.00 (cash only) up to 24 units / All courses are in an instructor-led classroom setting
✓ Attend at a time & date best for you / Each Course is equal to 1 hour of CE credit
✓ Receive your certificate on the day of attendance for each one-hour session

To Enroll:
  1. Pay $50.00 fee – cash only at BAS – 501 S. Mount Vernon Ave – Finance Office.
  2. Attend the course(s) of your choice at BAS Health Careers – 2727 F St You must arrive @ 7:45-8:00am on your first day of attendance to complete registration forms
  3. You must bring your receipt of the $50 fee paid AND your CNA and/or HHA card for program confirmation AND a photo ID card for duplication.
Bakersfield Adult School has been approved by the California Dept. of Public Health Aide & Technician Certification Section (ATCS) as a CNA/HHA Continuing Education (CE) Provider NAC # 1092.
California Department of Public Health (CDPH) requires CNA/HHA to have (48) hours of continuing education to renew certification.
*Retake Sessions are only iF necessary for those who attended that specific AM session.
You may retake the required test up to ONE time only if necessary to earn CE units.
